This does look great, if those are beets and not radishes, if that’s anything but carrot cake, and if someone tossed some peanut butter in there to go with the raw carrots.
But really, I swear, I’m not a picky eater.
UPDATE ON OUR GARDEN: God only knows what’s happening with it. We fly back from NYC to LA on Wednesday, and I’m sure we’ll be there on Thursday to examine the bedlam in person. I expect the pumpkin vines to have sealed our southern entrance shut. Perhaps they’ve even go so far as to creep into our neighbor’s hoardy double plot, consuming her spare tools, chairs, and probably stolen Port-a-Potty…
this looks like a pretty perfect lunch to me.
